At the RAF Museum Shop, we want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. All returned goods must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition to qualify for a return.

Initiate Your Return

Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

Package Your Items

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the parcel.

Ship the Parcel

Send your package back to our distribution center using a tracked postal service; please retain your proof of postage until the refund is processed.

Processing and Refund

Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
